Cancellation and No Show Policy

‼️ CANCELLATION POLICY ‼️

A credit/debit card is required to schedule an appointment at Waxing Down South. 

If a credit/debit card is not put on file, a 50% deposit will be required to schedule. Please call the salon to make the payment and be scheduled.

We require 24 hours notice of cancellation for all waxing and tinting services and 48 hours notice for facials and lash lifts. 

NO EXCEPTIONS.

Late cancellations will be charged  50% of the service. No Shows will be charged 100% of the service. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any repeat offenders of this policy will be required to pay 50% deposit. If the credit card information is changed or invalid in attempts to payments, you will be permanently banded from online booking services.

COVID/Sickness Policy

If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 (or any other communicable disease symptoms) we ask that you kindly cancel your appointment for the time being. If you come in with a fever and sick, you will be asked to leave and charged for the 100% of the service. Unfortunately, we have people who are less than mindful of others and this policy is now needed.
